Supervision & Consultation

Therapists need support, too — not just in theory, but in practice. I offer clinical supervision and consultation to pre-licensed and licensed clinicians seeking a reflective, affirming space to grow both professionally and personally.

Whether you’re navigating licensure, deepening your clinical work, or building a practice that actually aligns with who you are, I aim to provide collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming support rooted in real-world experience.

  • I provide supervision and consultation in the following areas:

    • Clinical case support (including neurodivergent and complex clients)

    • Identity exploration and authenticity in the therapy room

    • Licensing guidance across multiple states

    • Starting and building a private practice — your way

    • Practice structure, sustainability, and growth strategy

    • Burnout prevention and boundary-setting

    • Working with chronic illness or disability as a clinician

    I offer virtual and in-person supervision for Maryland LGs and consultation for licensed clinicians nationwide.

  • As a neurodivergent therapist living with chronic illness, I understand what it means to work within systems that weren’t built for us. My supervision style is supportive, structured, and collaborative — not hierarchical. I offer both clinical guidance and mentorship for therapists building something of their own, whether that's a solo practice, niche specialty, or a more sustainable career path.

    I strive to create space where you don’t have to mask or “perform professionalism,” and where nuance and imperfection are welcomed. I also hold inclusive space for LGBTQIA2+ clinicians, disabled or chronically ill therapists, and anyone forging a nontraditional path in the field.

  • Supervision available for:

    • Maryland LGs (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors)

    • Clinicians moving from out of state

    • Allied Health Providers or Health Coaches

    Consultation available to fully licensed clinicians nationwide

  • Fees

    Rates are based on the type and length of service. Sliding scale spots may be available on a limited basis.

    Clinical Supervision
    $75 for 30 minutes
    $120 for 60 minutes

    Group Supervision
    $45 per person, 60 minutes

    Professional Consultation
    $75 for 30 minutes
    $100 for 60 minutes
