Individual Therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative, grounded space where we explore what’s coming up for you—whether that’s stress from the week, deeper patterns from the past, or anything in between. I blend Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), client-centered work, and psychodynamic principles to help you build insight, connect with your values, and move toward lasting change.

As someone who is neurodivergent and lives with chronic illness and pain, I bring a lived understanding to the work. I specialize in supporting clients navigating ADHD, Autism, complex trauma, and the ongoing challenge of showing up in a world that often feels overwhelming.

Sessions are flexible and real. We might sit with hard feelings, challenge inner critics, share a laugh, or simply make space to be. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic space that feels supportive, empowering, and true to you.
