Individual Therapy
Some sessions focus on current stressors or practical challenges, while others explore deeper patterns, emotions, or experiences from the past. We might sit with difficult emotions, untangle inner narratives, challenge self-criticism, share humor, or simply create space to slow down. My goal is to offer a therapeutic relationship that feels supportive, empowering, and genuinely attuned to who you are.
My therapeutic approach is best described as client-centered. I integrate psychodynamic principles and evidence-based interventions in a way that feels accessible, practical, and tailored to each client. I use brain-based, neurodivergent-affirming approaches and clear, practical explanations to help make patterns easier to understand and change.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, grounded space shaped around you—your needs, your pace, and what feels most relevant in the moment. There’s no fixed agenda; we follow what feels meaningful and supportive for you.
I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients
